An incident ticket is a record of an issue with a service or application.  Something that was working before, but now is not.

 

Instructions:

For faster service - Choose the application or service you are having an issue with and the ticket will go directly to the responsible support team.

**Please Note:  Service Desk tickets will cover all TRIO hardware and applications not listed in the categories to the right.  If you do not know which category to choose please choose Service Desk.
