The Medical Portal is a separate, restricted, client portal which provides access to Medical tickets and the respective forms to submit. This portal is accessible only by restricted group of users which is managed by IS. By default, all users in the Medical department will be given access, but any other users must request access through the ARF.
To add or remove a user from being able to access the Medical Portal, follow the proceeding steps
- Navigate to a user profile within TDAdmin
- Navigate to the user’s Application tab
- Locate the Medical Monitor Support Portal application within the table.

- Check the checkbox to the left to give user access to the portal (unchecking the checkbox will remove access)

- Select the respective security role the user should have within the portal. As a default, the Default Security Role should be used.

- Click Save in the top left corner
