Download the images on the rebranding site on SharePoint.
Select one of the two MS Teams background image available and then download it.
(File names: MS Teams Background 1.png or MS Teams Background 2.png)
Save the files on your desktop or downloads folder.
The new images must be set up with the Teams call active, so you may need to create a temporary solo meeting to join yourself into, or you can set this up as you join one of your upcoming meetings.
Once you join the meeting you will be prompted to start your Camera and Mic, make sure to turn on the Camera to enable the menu.
Click on the Video Effects option to expand the menu.
Under the video effects menu, select More Video Effects
The Video Effects menu will appear on the right hand side bar. Under the Backgrounds category, choose “Add New”.
Browse to where you saved the MS Teams Background PNG file , select it and click open.
You should now see a preview of the background image.
It will appear backwards in the preview but will appear correctly when people see your video.
This image will remain in your settings so you do not need to repeat the upload when you join a new meeting.
