Citrix PPD CTMS ICA files problem
The problem is that on certain computers, the PPD portal is not working.
The cause is that all ICA files are associated automatically with Citrix workspace, and it must not.
The solution is to associate the ICA file to open every time with Citrix connection manager.
- When the user try to connect to the PPD CTMS program, the system download an ICA file.

The ICA file has been downloaded like below.

- The ICA file mut be associated with Citrix connection manager.
Go to the download folder.
Right click on the ICA file and press the button “change” to associate the correct program

The path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client
In this path, choose Wfcrun32 program

Click on OK
- After that, you can see that the ICA files are now associated with Citrix connection manager

- Close all browser pages and return to the main page of PPD.
Sign in, start PPD-CTMS and when the ICA file has been downloaded, double click on it and the PPD CTMS will start!
