DUO Enrollment - Android/iPhone

For iOS Devices:

  • Download the Duo App:

    • Open the Duo Mobile app page on the App Store.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
       
    • Tap the “Get” button, then “Install”. You may need to enter your Apple ID password or use Face/Touch ID.

For Android Devices:

  • Use one of the 2 ways to download the Duo App:

  • First way: Open the Google Play app on your phone, and search for "Cisco DUO"  - the icon looks like the one shown below.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)Tap the “Install” button. The app will download and install.

  • Second way: Activate your phone's camera, and use it to scan the QR code below. Once your camera recognizes the QR code, click the blue "QR GO TO" link that pops up on your screen.  This will take you directly to the App on the Google Play store

  • Contact IT:

    • Once the app is downloaded, contact the IT department. They will send you an email with the enrollment link.
       
  • Set Up Duo Mobile:

    • Open the enrollment email and click on the provided link.

    • Click on “Yes, it’s correct”.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
       
    • Scan the QR code with the Duo app installed on your phone.

  • Completion:
