The KnowBe4 Security Awareness tool - Phishing Alert Button has been added to the Organization, and should now appear on all user's Outlook application.
How Do I Use the Phish Alert Button in Outlook?
We recommend following these steps to pin the Phishing Alert Button for new emails. First open any email, and then, on the ribbon, on the far right side, click on the three dots (...) to expand the ribbon menu. You will see the Phishing Alert Button, at the bottom of the menu, click this.
Click this will pin the Phishing Alert Button to the ribbon and open the Phishing Alert reporting menu on the right side of the email:
To report the email, simply click on "Phish Alert" at the bottom of the menu. If you pressed the Phishing Alert button on the ribbon accidentally, you can click on the X on the upper right corner of the menu to close it. The Phishing Alert Button will function the same way on the preview screen in outlook:
